Bucket Trolls are a subculture of New Florida Hill Trolls who love to throw small objects as far as they can. Historically this was done as a competitive sport, but it’s become more of a lifestyle/meditative practice amongst modern Bucket Trolls, who throw simply because it is fun.
Culturally, troll buckets were originally used to collect small objects to toss, but as Bucket Troll culture shifted over the years to focus on throwing larger and larger objects (and often live monsters), it became reappropriated as a fashion piece.
Bucket Trolls grow quite fond of their buckets, and often wear the same bucket their entire lives out of sentimental attachment.
Despite their cultural complexities and nostalgic nature, Bucket Trolls are generally regarded as rather dumb. They are capable of language and occasionally befriend other monsters, but despite their immense size, are usually shy and like to toss objects alone.
